Mind vs smart phone

"Mind is the element in a person that help them to be aware of the world and there experience."

This is the common meaning of the mind but the mind is very interesting element in a person body , because this is only a single element in a person body which is very difficult to control by a person . Our mind works 24×7 and now can you imagine that there is an element in our body which is uncontrolable , and we all knew that the thing which is uncontrolable will create problem one day.
Now  by taking a example of smart phone app we will try to understand that how we can control our mind with different thoughts. Nowadays we all have a smart phone in our hand and we all use different type of apps in single time , that what will happen ? Commonly it will stop working or hanged . Now to get phone again workable we have to restart our phone or have to close apps one by one , there is one thing more in our smart phone some time unwanted files comes in our phone automatically which is also known as junk fills whick makes our phone working speed slow , but here are features which can able to clean junk files and again your phone work nicely . Now compareing samrt phone to our mind . Mind have also the same problem but the thing is no direct solution to solve these problem like smart phone. As in smart phone the number of apps open in it is controlable and countable by us but in the case of mind number of thoughts comes in a same time which are not controlable and not countable , if we meet a person randomly which is not in your contact till last 5 years than also your mind is able to get the thoughts of which you spend with him in past 5 years before this shows that we are noy able to close our thoughts, the main problem of being so many thoughts in our mind is that , they will not make you able to focus on a single topic.

The solution of this problem is very simple and we all know this very well, doing meditation is the best solution for this close your eyes and focus on the sound of your breath , because the sound of breathing is never be good or bad in listening it is unique sound which make us feel very relaxed and make us able to focus on a single topic easily.

Now coming on second problem of junk files in smart phones but for mind junk files are the sad thoughts which makes us feel tensed. The main resion of being sad thoughts in our mind is "expectation". At the time when we want to control someones other mind as we think , the time we do this the problem starts , we all know that we all have a independent mind , so than why we try to control a independent mind , why we expect form other to do same as we think . Let suppose you find a puppy on a roadside and you decided to take care of it , till now it fine but the time you think you are the master of this puppy that now you are going on a wrong path because puppy has also his own independent mind and you can't expect things from him because after that the happy and sad moment of this puppy while be the same for you also because to will get attached to him . So the solution of being also happy we have to stop doing expectation from others.
