This is the common meaning of the mind but the mind is very interesting element in a person body , because this is only a single element in a person body which is very difficult to control by a person . Our mind works 24×7 and now can you imagine that there is an element in our body which is uncontrolable , and we all knew that the thing which is uncontrolable will create problem one day.
Now  by taking a example of smart phone app we will try to understand that how we can control our mind with different thoughts. Nowadays we all have a smart phone in our hand and we all use different type of apps in single time , that what will happen ? Commonly it will stop working or hanged . Now to get phone again workable we have to restart our phone or have to close apps one by one , there is one thing more in our smart phone some time unwanted files comes in our phone automatically which is also known as junk fills whick makes our phone working speed slow , but here are features which can able to clean junk files and again your phone work nicely . Now compareing samrt phone to our mind . Mind have also the same problem but the thing is no direct solution to solve these problem like smart phone. As in smart phone the number of apps open in it is controlable and countable by us but in the case of mind number of thoughts comes in a same time which are not controlable and not countable , if we meet a person randomly which is not in your contact till last 5 years than also your mind is able to get the thoughts of which you spend with him in past 5 years before this shows that we are noy able to close our thoughts, the main problem of being so many thoughts in our mind is that , they will not make you able to focus on a single topic.

Now for making this blog mor interesting and understandable I am going to take a example and by relateing every thing of example to our life. Now suppose we are in a cricket field you are a batsmen and hole crowd (audience) is the society .

Now the game start and your life also start same like this game . The main thing of this game is there is no fieldrs no wicket and no wicketkeeper also. So it means that no one have a power to get you out until ot unless you run away from the field . Same thing is in life also it's our life and no one have a power to make us out in our life until we not get depressed . Now there is blower infront of you which is related to your life and ball is the chance which life gives you. Now the hole crowd is cheering for you because this is start of your life and the blower is ready with his first ball and throw towards you but you missed it the first chance of your life you missed but the thing is life not ends. Crowd is now also cheering for you because they think you can do well in next ball this all happen till the third ball blower throw towards you and you missed
up all the three ball or all the three chance of life but now the 50% of crowd started disparageing but still 50%of crowd is cheering for you which will able to make you stand there .
